You may visit our website and shop from anywhere in Turkey.

You can access our website through your mobile browser or by downloading our mobile app in ios or android devices.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by phone.

You can reach detailed information in the ‘Product Details’’ section on the product pages. You may complete and send the relevant form on the contact page for your other information requests.

The product I wish to purchase has run out, what should I do?

Instantaneous stock changes can occur on the website. You can ensure that a notification e-mail is sent when the product becomes available by clicking on the “Notify When Available” button on the page of the product you wish to purchase.

Can I reserve products to be purchased later?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a product reserve service.

I cannot find the product I need, what should I do?

We do not provide gift-wrapping service yet.

Do you have a store?

Other than our online store, we have stores at Ankara Anafartalar Caddesi-Ulus and Esenboğa Airport Domestic Flights Departures floor. Our products are also sold at selected sales points. You may reach all our sales points from here. 

What happened to my ‘money points’ on the former website?

Our new website does not have money points. Your money points from the former website are defined as a gift check in your membership accounts and can be used until the end of the year.


Which payment methods can I use in shopping?

You can shop on using bank cards, credit cards, cash on delivery or BKM Express.

Do you offer installments to credit cards?

Our website does not offer installments as it is in the field of cosmetics pursuant to clause seven and eight of article 26 of the Regulations on Bank Cards and Credit Cards, published on the Official Gazette dated 26458.

Can I make pay as cash on delivery?

We offer cash on delivery option. If you prefer to pay as cash on delivery, a service fee of TRY 9.90 set by the courier company will be reflected onto your invoice.

Can I pay through EFT or remittance?

We do not offer the option for payment through EFT or remittance.


How can I track my orders?

After logging in, you can reach your order details through the “My Account” button on the top right of the page. If you gave an order without logging in, you can find the status of your order by completing the  contact form.

When will the products I purchase be delivered to the courier?

The products you purchase through get prepared and sent to your address through courier within 1-3 business days. The period for preparation and delivery of your order to the courier can extend up to 5 business days during periods such as campaigns and stock-taking.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If the concerned products were not sent, you may request address change by completing the contact form on the Contact page.

Do you send delivery to everywhere in Turkey?

Deliveries are sent to everywhere in Turkey within delivery zones.

Do you deliver overseas?

Deliveries are sent to everywhere in Turkey within delivery zones.

Do you make deliveries on official holidays?

Deliveries are not made on official holidays.

Which courier company will deliver my orders?

Your orders will be delivered by our contracted courier Yurtiçi Kargo.

How much is the delivery fee?

The delivery fees are determined by the concerned courier companies and vary depending on the weight of the placed order. The delivery fee starts from TRY 8.80 VAT-included in your orders up to 2 deci and the amount is automatically determined for your orders exceeding the deci (volume or weight) unit. You can benefit from free delivery in your shopping exceeding TRY 100.

The PURCHASER will pay the delivery fee in corporate memberships.

I have not received my order even though the delivery term expired. What should I do?

You can request information and support by filling the contact form on our website.

What should I pay attention to when receiving my order?

You can receive your order from the courier deliveryman against signature by submitting a photo-identification card.

Please open the courier box when receiving your product and make sure that it is full and undamaged. You may have the courier deliveryman issue a damage report and return the product in the event of any problem. Our Customer Relations department will provide help for you.  

If you are not present at the address in person at delivery, your order is delivered to the person present at the address against signature by checking his/her photo-identification card.  

What should I do if the invoice of my order is not delivered?

When you receive your order, if you find when checking that your invoice was not delivered, please request your invoice from the concerned deliveryman. If your invoice is not delivered, please have the deliveryman issue a report and notify the situation to our Customer Services department by completing the contact form on our website as soon as possible.


How can I cancel my orders?

If the concerned products were not sent, you may request cancellation by completing the the contact form on the Contact page. Your order cannot be cancelled if sent. In such case, you may request cancellation after you receive your order.

When can I return my order?

The term for legal withdrawal and return is 14 days provided that the return conditions are met. This period was extended to 30 days by our company which highly prioritizes customer satisfaction. You may return the products you purchased from our website within 30 days to the return address.

What are the product return conditions?

You are entitled to withdraw without stating any cause within 14 days after the products are delivered to you. To use your withdrawal right, you are required to send a notification within 14 days through phone, e-mail or the contact form on the Contact page and the product should be suitable for offering for sale again in compliance with the withdrawal right in the context of the provisions of the Distance Sale Agreement.

How can I return the product?

You may request to return the product(s) in your order by clicking on the “Easy Return” button on the “My Orders” tab in the My Account button. If the withdrawal right is used, the product(s) to be returned should be returned to Yurtiçi Kargo with the invoice by collect call through the contract code 20122017. The PURCHASER will pay the delivery fee in returns not sent with the contracted courier.

The reimbursement is made within no later than 1-3 business days after product(s) you wish to return are delivered to the return address and your request is approved. The period that your reimbursement is reflected onto your credit card varies depending on the operating principle of your bank.
